ECLECTIC DINING EXPERIENCE PAIRED WITH PANORAMIC OCEAN VIEWS
Tropicana’s new restaurant in The Chelsea Tower offers guests an eclectic dining experience paired with panoramic ocean views. Guests can choose from an extensive beer list, cocktails and small bites menu. The drink menu features over 50 whiskeys and bourbons and old-fashioned drinks prepared with robustly flavored spirits such as the original variation of the Whiskey Sour made using Rittenhouse rye whiskey, house-made simple syrup, fresh squeezed lime juice and an egg white. Food menu highlights include Blue Crab Mac N’ Cheese, Yellowfin Tuna Tacos and White Cheddar Truffle fries for starters, the Ribeye Cheesesteak Sandwich, and entrees such as Buttermilk Fried Chicken, Shrimp & Grits, Cauliflower Steak, and Maple Whiskey Salmon. Guests have access to the adjacent outdoor smoking area.

Chelsea Five Gastropub’s “Burgermeister” and Coquito cocktail to provide holiday assistance to three local families.
Chelsea Five Gastropub’s December Burger of the Month, "Burgermeister," will support the Salvation Army Angel Tree Program to help three local families in need with the purchase of December's burger or cocktail. Chelsea Five will donate $1 to The Salvation Army Angel Tree Program with every purchase of the December Burger. Each holiday season families are faced with the difficult decision to forgo gifts for their children due to financial struggles, there is no better time to extend a helping hand to those in our community.
The Burgermeister includes a house-signature burger topped with a delicious honey ham steak, warm cheese sauce and scrumptious fried macaroni and cheese for $17. A $13 Coquito will also be available during the month of December featuring a festive mixture of rum, cinnamon and tres leches cream.
