Creating an environment that is safe for our valued Guests and Team Members is a priority for our company. To that end, we have developed and implemented a comprehensive health and safety program across all of our properties. Designed to comply with applicable federal, state and local guidelines, our procedures focus on the Guest experience and Team Member interaction.

Our Team Members have received mandatory comprehensive initial and ongoing training on proper safety, social distancing, hand washing, cleaning, and disinfecting protocol, including proper usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

We are working closely with public health officials and adhering to guidelines set forth by the World Health Organization, Centers for Disease Control, and the US Environmental Protection Agency to take our already stringent safety and cleaning standards to the highest level.

Increased frequency of cleaning and disinfecting procedures will be followed to the extent allowable according to local gaming regulations. Should a gaming regulator require a more detailed or specific process or require an alteration to these procedures, we will follow the gaming regulatory guidance in addition to these procedures.

Q: Are masks required at Tropicana Atlantic City?

Yes, to ensure the safety of our guests all team members, guests, vendors and suppliers are required to wear a mask while on property except while drinking water. 

Q: Will you supply a mask if I don’t have one?

Yes, complimentary masks will be provided to any guest that needs one. Simply stop by Security, Promotions, Front Desk, the Cage or upon entrance into the property at self-parking garages at Tropicana Atlantic City and we’d be happy to supply you with one.

Q: Are masks required in restaurants?

Starting September 4th, 2020

Customers must wear face coverings at all times, except where doing so would inhibit the individual's health, or where the individual is under two years of age. When seated at their table or their individual seat, indoor patrons shall wear face coverings until their food or drinks arrive, and after individuals have finished consuming their food or drinks, they shall put their face coverings back on.

All team members are also required to wear face masks.

Q: How are you handling indoor dining?

According to the New Jersey Governor’s Executive Order 183, indoor restaurants will operate at a 25% capacity limit. All tables and chairs/stools will be spaced 6 feet apart in all directions from any other table and/or seat to ensure proper social distancing. Only servers, or other restaurant personnel, are permitted to bring food to tables. Disposable or digital menus will be available for guests.

Tropicana and its partners are abiding by all other health & safety standards issued by the NJ Department of Health, including infection control practices and other sanitization protocols.

Q: Will restaurants be open?

We are happy to share that we have plenty of outdoor dining, in-door dining, and dining to go from your favorite restaurants.We ask that guests please enjoy their “dining - to - go” meals either outside or in their hotel room. There will be no indoor dining available at this time. Q: When will William Hill Sportsbook open?

The sportsbook will be open daily from 11am-7pm.

Q: When will the Poker Room Re-open?

Our Poker Room remains temporarily closed at this time.

Q: Will my Bonus Slot Dollars and Comp Offers be valid when you reopen?

Your Bonus Slot Dollars and COMP offers are valid only during the dates noted on offers.

If offers expired during the closure, that specific offer will not be valid.

Q: Will the Top of the Trop be open?

Top of the Trop remains closed until further notice.

Q: Will the Caesars Rewards Club Lounge be open?

The Caesars Rewards Club Lounge will be open on September 4th.

Yes the hours will be as follows:

Some events and promotions will be extended or rescheduled. Watch postal mail, email and social media for information. Some events scheduled during the closure are cancelled and will not be rescheduled.

Tropicana Atlantic City’s hotel is open.

Q: Will Valet and Scooter Rental be available when you reopen?

The valet area will be available for pick-up and drop-off only. Scooter rental will be available.

Q: Is your hotel fitness center opening with the Hotel?

The Fitness Center will remain temporarily closed at this time.

Q: Will there be in-room dining available?

In- room dining will be open Sunday, Monday and Thursday from 7am-1pm and 5pm-10pm and Friday and Saturday from 7am-1pm and 5pm-11pm

Q: Will retail stores be open?

Yes, retail stores will be open with modified hours.

Q: Will nightclubs be open?

Boogie Nights remains temporarily closed.

Q: Will your pools be open?

North Tower pool will be open to hotel guests. South Tower, Cabana Five, and Oasis pool remain temporarily closed.

Q: Will IMAX Be open?

IMAX theatre at Tropicana remains temporarily closed, check back here for updates.

Q: Will spas be open?

Bluemercury Spa will be open for select services (details here).

Sea Spa will be temporarily closed upon opening.

Q: Will the Escape Room, Family Fun Station and Arcade be open?

Yes, all three will be open:

Q: Can conferences, meetings or parties be scheduled after you reopen?

Yes, you can contact Convention Services at 609.340.4086 for information regarding your event.

Q: When will Bus Tour Groups begin?

Bus groups will not restart until a time that Social Distancing allows for safe travel. Check Tropicana.net for updates.

Q: Will I still receive comp tickets for the rescheduled show?

Offers, including comp tickets, are based on your casino play at that time.

If you maintain your status, you will receive comp tickets for the new event date.

Q: How do I get a refund/use my tickets?

We apologize for any inconvenience that the cancellations or rescheduling may have cause you.

For shows that have been postponed, we advise you to hold onto your tickets pending updated shows information as they will be honored at the rescheduled event. 

Guests who would like a refund can reach out to the original point of sale for a refund. Please reach out to our Box Office Supervisor at 609.340.7328 for additional inquiries.

Q: Will beverage service be available on the casino floor?

Yes. Drinks must be ordered from a server and consumed in your seat.

Q: Will smoking be permitted indoors?

Yes. Smoking will be permitted in designated smoking areas.

Q: Where can I stand when waiting for reservation?

If there is no place to wait outside of the establishment with safe social distancing, the restaurant may call or text when your table is available.
