Closure Notice

Effective Monday, March 16, 2020 at 8PM EST, in compliance with New Jersey Governor Murphy's order, Eldorado Resorts has temporarily suspended operations at Tropicana Atlantic City.

 

The Company is continuing to monitor developments related to COVID-19 and reinforcing our policies as necessary.

 

FAQ

Q: Will I still receive comp tickets for the rescheduled show?

A: Offers, including comp tickets, are based on your casino play at that time. If you maintain your status, you will receive comp tickets for the new event date.

 

Q: What will happen to the gift card offers while the casino is closed?

A: Daily TROP Advantage® offers including, but not limited to, bonus slot dollars, gift cards, free gifts, etc. are subject to cancellations or changes at any given time.

 

Q: Will our comp dollars expire during the closure of the property?

A: No, comp dollars will not be expiring during the closure.

 

Q: I want to make a reservation for June. Will you be open?

A: We are accepting reservations for June and look forward to seeing you then.

 

Q: How do I get a refund/use my tickets?

 A: We apologize for any inconvenience that the cancellations or rescheduling might cause you. 

For shows that have been postponed, we advise you to hold onto your tickets pending updated shows information as they will be honored at the rescheduled event.  

Guests who would like a refund can reach out to the original point of sale for a refund. Please reach out to our Box Office Supervisor at 609-340-4000 x7328 for additional inquiries. 

 

Q: Will Boogie Nights be open?

A: In compliance with Governor Murphy’s order, Tropicana Atlantic City and Boogie Nights will temporarily suspend operations. Please call 1-800-THE-TROP or visit Tropicana.net for updates.

 

Q: What are the call center hours?

A: The call center will be open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. 1-800-THE-TROP.

 

Q: Will your restaurants still be open?

Q: Will there be any tier downgrades while your property is closed?

A: No, there will not be any tier downgrades while our property is closed.
