“How Sweet It Is” to hear the smooth Motown soul of the Temptations at the Tropicana, April 4, 5 & 6
ATLANTIC CITY, NJ (March 25, 2008) – “How Sweet It Is” to hear the distinct harmonies and see the fine-tuned choreography of the Temptations. The Tropicana Casino & Resort announced the Temptations will perform in the Tropicana Showroom on Friday, April 4 through Sunday, April 6.
The legendary Grammy award-winning vocal group features Otis Williams, Ron Tyson, Terry Weeks, Bruce Williamson and Joe Herndon. Williams, the last original member, has remained a leader and member of the vocal group since its formation in 1960.
Over the Temptations’ long-standing career, they released four number one pop hit singles, fourteen number one R & B hit singles and received three Grammy Awards. Endless classic hits like “How Sweet It Is,” “Ain’t Too Proud to Beg,” “Since I Lost My Baby,” “Papa Was a Rolling Stone,” and “My Girl” keep the Temptations’ legacy alive.
Dates and show times for the Temptations in the Tropicana Showroom are Friday, April 4 at 8 p.m., Saturday, April 5 8 p.m. and Sunday, April 6 at 7:00 PM.
