Italian superstar, Claudio Baglioni, performs at the Tropicana Casino & Resort, October 13 & 14
ATLANTIC CITY, NJ (September 4, 2007) – One of Italy's most revered musicians, Claudio Baglioni, will perform his soft melodic ballads that have made him a star with Italian audiences. The Tropicana Casino & Resort announced today that Claudio Baglioni will perform in the Tropicana Showroom on Saturday, October 13 and Sunday, October 14, 2007.
Touring since 1973, Baglioni has become an Italian superstar selling out stadiums of more than 60,000 seats. Baglioni's albums include: Claudio Baglioni, Un castastorie dei giorni nostri, Solo, Avrai, and most recently Viaggiatore sulla coda del tempo. Baglioni as worked with esteemed musicians from around the world such as Paco De Lucia, Pino Daniele, Mia Martini, Youssu n'Dour, Phil Palmer and Tony Levin.
In addition to his accomplish recording career, Baglioni also performed the official anthem for the 2006 Olympic Winter Games in Turin and composed a musical suite for a poem by E. A. Poe "Annabel Lee."
