Excitement is in the cards with free $5,000 Blackjack Tournaments every Thursday in February
ATLANTIC CITY, NJ (January 28, 2008) – Are you bored stiff with the endless reality shows and reruns on TV? Put down the remote and make Thursday nights your time to play. The Tropicana Casino and Resort proudly introduces free $5,000 Blackjack Tournaments every Thursday throughout the month of February. These tournaments are rich on fun and prizes, and require no entry fee and no buy-in. One hour of rated play on your Diamond Club card is all that is required to qualify.
For those 21 and older, the head-to-head action heats up every Thursday in February, starting at 6 p.m. The semi-final round begins at 9 p.m., with the final round taking place at 10 p.m. each week. The top seven finishers walk away with cash prizes: a $2,500 grand prize, a $1,000 second prize, and $300 each for third through seventh place.
In addition to the free $5,000 Blackjack Tournaments, avid table players are invited to “experience the difference” of the Tropicana’s new Palm Walk game pit and private tournament area on the third floor of the North Tower, featuring seven tournament-only tables.
