A New York City institution, Carmine’s was created with the goal of presenting every meal in the manner of an “Italian American wedding feast.” Carmine’s in The Quarter at Tropicana is the restaurant’s first location outside of the Big Apple. It is a favorite with visitors and locals alike. The restaurant serves home-style Southern Italian appetizers, entrees, and desserts in extra large portions, evoking the comfort of grandma’s house. The bar features an extensive list of premium wines and very generous cocktails.
